Mudroom Gallery Exhibition PROPOSAL
The Mudroom Gallery invites you to propose your own solo or group exhibition. Below are the requirements for proposals.
Please note: The Mudroom Gallery is not currently receiving shipped entries. Artists must be local or willing to deliver entries in person.
You must be a RHP member to propose an exhibition.
Submission Guidelines:
To send in your application, submit documents and photos to themudroomgallery@gmail.com, Please include the subject line: Mudroom Gallery Exhibition Proposal.
Please provide #1-6 in either a Word document or pasted in the body of the submission email with each corresponding number as the title of your section.
A complete application must include:
Specification of exhibition category proposal: SOLO or GROUP exhibition
Artist(s) contact information: Artist’s name, email, phone number, website (if available), biography
Please provide an artist statement or concept about the exhibition and submitted body of work
Exhibition curation: If you have any curation plans for the exhibition please provide a description and/or mock-up layout of the artwork within the gallery space.
Installation: Special installation needs or requirements? Please inform us of how artwork will be installed and if you have special needs or requirements. Will you need help from the gallery in installation or curation? If yes, please provide details of how you will need assistance.
Image list: Descriptions of each piece submitted including title of work, date completed, medium, size, and price (if for sale).
Digital images (at least 72 dpi, no more than 6 inches in any direction – 300 dpi preferred). Each image file should be named artist’s last name, first name, title of work, medium, size, and price.
Application fee is currently being waived!
Agree, sign, and include the Artist Gallery Agreement as an attachment in the proposal email.
